1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account on the Zolttalk mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, you must immediately terminate usage and uninstall the app.

2. Account & Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. Please do not share your password or access tokens with others.

3. Code of Conduct & Peer-to-Peer Safety

The core value of Zolttalk is mutual support and learning. During live Peer-to-Peer matches or chat functions, you strictly agree NOT to:

• - Harass, abuse, stalk, bully, insult, or threaten other learners or tutors.
• - Share sexually explicit, offensive, discriminatory, or politically extremist commentary.
• - Record audio or video streams of matching partners without their explicit written consent.
• - Use the matches for solicitation, advertising, marketing, or spam distribution.
• - Pretend to be another person or represent yourself as a certified teacher if you are in a peer match.

Failure to respect this Code of Conduct will result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account, without refund of active subscriptions, at Zolttalk's sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, source code, curriculum content, graphics, tests, levels, and name "Zolttalk" are protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws. You may not distribute, reproduce, or modify any assets from Zolttalk without express written consent from our legal representatives.

5. Subscriptions and Fees

Some tools in Zolttalk require premium subscriptions. If you sign up for our 7-day trial, you will not be charged until the trial terminates..

6. Limitation of Liability

Zolttalk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matching availability, connection speeds, or specific levels of language achievement. In no event shall Zolttalk, its developers, or affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from app crashes or user actions during peer matching calls.
