1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account on the Zolttalk mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, you must immediately terminate usage and uninstall the app.

2. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You represent that your account information is authentic. You are solely responsible for protecting password access tokens and monitoring account usage activities.

3. Community Code of Conduct & Peer Calls

Zolttalk is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for language learners of all backgrounds. When participating in voice rooms or exchanging messages:

• Be respectful, courteous, and constructive during conversations.
• Zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, sexual solicitations, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• Users violating community rules face immediate account suspension and hardware bans.

4. AI & Learning Content

All AI-generated roleplays, grammar critiques, and pronunciation scoring algorithms are provided to assist learning. While our models are accurate, language learners should practice continuously with live speakers for optimal cultural context.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle. You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through the Google Play Store or within the app settings.
